Ingredients
Chicken breasts Water Splash of white wine Onion slices Celery leaves Parsley Salt and pepper |
Directions
Cover breasts with water. Add a splash or two of white wine, onion slices, celery leaves, parsley, salt and pepper. Bring to a full boil and immediately cover. Take off heat and cool in pan. Use liquid for stock. Gloria Karlson |
